Your employee is not supported. I have call from your side cash back offer but that processing time my money was deducated because of your employee guided wrong to me, so i want my money back.

              So i email about it to sebi and angel broking, and corresponding bank, but not arrived on any solution.

                I done transaction of amount XXXXX from my self account from SBI to AXIS bank! Phone pay showing transaction is successful, amount is also debited from SBI account showing transaction is successful, but still Amount is not CREDITED to my AXIS account! What to do now!? Already raised a query with Phonepe! They told me to wait for 24 to 48 working hours!? Do I need to do any more effort regarding this!?

                    Hello,
                    I made a transaction in "phonepe" on "29th september 2019" of rupees 1900/-.
                    It got successful but the vendor claiming as the money is not credited to his bank account till now. But the money debited from my bank account.

                    So i raised complaints in both phonepe and my banker. Even after raising many complaints with both i did not received any valuable information from them. They simply closed the tickets/complaints without giving proper information.
                    So please help me to know where is my money stuck?

                    Transaction id through phonepe is "p1909292107449846572963" which is made on 29th september 2019".
                    I attached screenshot of the same transaction details.
                    If you need more information please let me know.

                    I am requesting to refund my money.

                                  At first the transaction was showing pending status for 2 days and then the status changed to successful. Either way, the beneficiary did not receive the amount. The phonepe customer care is not being helpful at all.

                                    I have sended advance money of 10800rs to an mobile seller bcz he had taken my address and promised that he will courier the cel but now because he talked me such that i trusted him.. But it was a my big mistake now he is not courierd any cel nor refunded money so i can refund my money done by phonepe?
