Myself omkar s kanade (Contact no: [protected]) aged 24 yrs, holding an account [protected] in sbi basaveshwara nagar bangalore-560079.
On 13/03/2020 @ around 4:00pm-5:00pm i got a fraud call saying they wanted to buy my tv and sent a amount debitting link in whatsapp by saying its amount crediting link. I clicked on link since they told its amount they are crediting but it was debited link and i lost 6000rs cash from my sbi account...

Hi team,

I booked train ticket from irctc and made payment for the same from phonepe, the amount of rs. 411.80 was deducted from my phonepe account but ticket not booked. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Phonepe account phone number is [protected].

I make payment through phone pe app on 04/03/2020 at 11:31 pm of amount 10000 rupees that was not credited to the hplders account to which account i want to send money. Till date amount is not returned to me and no further information ig given to me from phone pe as well as sbi, i contact both side but nobody told me about this when it will be returned. I was very disappointed about the services and got frustrated about the replies given...

pending transaction

I have done d2h recharge yesterday dated 10th march 2020 at 1.45pm but till today i. E 11th march 9.50am i couldn't see transaction is success.
I do not really understand what is wrong with phonepe after yes bank collapse but most of the transactions are still pending.

This is just to inform phonepe that i wouldn't be using your app again if this issue not solved by end of the day today.

Today I transfer amount to shopkeeper through phonpe app.
Amount is deducted but not credited to receiver account.
I have raised ticket for this transaction but status shows that resolution given.
But still issue not resolved yet.

I made two transactions on phonepe on 10th feb-2020 and 12-feb-2020, transaction was successful and amount debited from my account but till now amount not credited in another account. I contacted in my bank and bank person is saying this is phonepe problem so we can't help and phonepe is also not responding for these transactions.

I made a transaction on 5th march at 12:27 am for rs 10000 from hdfc bank to state bank. The money has been debited from hdfc bank but has still not been credited in my state bank account. Its been more than 2 days. I have been calling the customer care but there is no response. Please help me to get my money back. The phonepe support is just extending the date and not providing any update on the transaction

I made a transfer on 4th march 2020 of rs 60k, and still it is in pending state. Not getting any help from phonepe on this.

Since past 3 days phonepe team is saying you will get back your money within 48 hours. Now its more than 72 hours already and they are putting the blame on receiver bank sbi and npci for all the mess (That too without any official proof). Hence i am not also able to chase sbi for the same.

money did not credited to the account

I made a transaction of rupees 90 thousand on 7 march 2020 around 12 pm, amount got debited from my account but not credited to other account/[protected] phone pe no please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Normally phone pe is better than other platforms this is the first time i am facing any issue from the server of phone pe hope issue will be resolved sooner...

amount deducted even transaction is failed

I have many complaints... How many times i need to call ur support... [protected] this is my number.. Call me as soon as possible.. This is 4th time same problem i'll facing... The worst support i have ever seen.. You people playing with our money... I'm going to take it forward to consumers court if i don't get the call from you people and resolve my issue created by your people.....

amount is stuck since 4-3-2020

I made a transaction of rs. 4, 990/- on[protected] through phonepe. Unfortunately it was strucked. I contacted phonepe customer care and support centre, they told it will credit by[protected]:20 am. It now i didn't receive that money. Again i contacted phonepe customer care on[protected] they told again it takes 24 hours to finish this situation. I need it urgently how it possible to wait for 5 days....

Respected sir,
Iam transfer an amount of rs.21000/- for my sbi account to my wife's account in that time that transaction was sucessful in phonepe app. But amount was not credited to my wifes account. I raise a compliant on phonepe they send me a message to go to the bank and file a charge back. I contacted the sbi coustmer care they told me in my end their is no action contact phonepe end.

Sir, I have sent Rs. 4000 from phonepe...

The status is pending, I got a message that amount will be transfer with in 2 days, still now the amount is not refunded and, they are not telling me current status also...

Customer care people are are not answering, and in app, no one is responding to the query...

amount not credited to recipient account

The amount has not been transferred to the recipient account. The amount rs 1000 with utr id[protected] has not been transferred. I am attaching the statement of receipient bank account. I am deeply saddened by the lack of security in transferring my fund. I hope to find a solution as soon as possible. The previous 2 transactions were succesful but the 3 rd transaction of rs 1000 was not credited to receipient account.

I initiated payment worth 30000 three times and the transaction has failed. But the money has been deducted from my account and the receiver has not received the amount as well. When enquired with phonepe.. They tell they cannot do anything about it and ask the bank to help. The bank is telling that it is phonepe problem and around 100 people have already complained about it....

Yesterday i did 10k transaction by phonepe to another number it was saying transaction failed, i saw the message (Don't worry! In case any amount is debeted from your account, you bank will credit it back within 1 working day.) but it almost 1 day over but still the the cash was not refunded to my account.
I want the amount to be refunded to my account by eod....
