PhonePe — complaint about successfully debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary holder transaction made via phonepe upi | |
Sir on 29/08/19 i have done a payment of rs 5600 to ignou through upi payment via phonepe app.in my app the transaction is successful even rs 5600 is debited from my bank i got the message. But the site ignou shows payment failed and when i contacted their customer helpline they told me that they hadn't r received any amount from me and for that they also sent me the failed payment status proof below i will attach. So i raised a complaint in phonepe but they just taking to much time at last they said i need to visit my bank to chargeaback the debited money but when i went to bank they told me that they can't do anything i have to complain to the phonepe they only can help me.. Now what can i do. They all just wasting my time. Please help me in getting back my debited money to my account. Was this information helpful? | |

Phonepe is showing successful transaction but amount is not being credited to my bank account. I have transferred my money from sbi to axis bank through upi but amount is deducted from sbi through app which is successful and phonepe has received the amount with successful transaction but hasn't credited the same in my bank account.
