PhonePe — debited amount from my account but not credited to receiver account | |||
Yesterday i have transferred 20000 rs from my phonepe account no. [protected]. I have transferred from sbi to axis bank My payment is showing successful in phonepe and my amount was debited from my account but it is not credited into creditors account While i complained in phonepe first they ask to contact axis bank then they asked to contact sbi bank. And both the bank are saying that this is fault of phonepe I have recording of phonepe, sbi and axis. Now i will file a case against phonepe in consumer court. At date 10 may 2019 i transfer 10000 from PNB to BOM in RD account via phonepe .the amount debited that but transaction show not successful after thatThe transaction successful at date 14 may 2019 but the amount not credited yet to other account . I call many times to bank branches and toll free no. But problem not solved
