PhonePe — I'm adding my yes bank account and this app was not giving the permission to add the account.so please guide me how to add my bank

I want to use the phone pay app and now I can't add my bank account.so please proper guide me how to add in this app account. I try many types but not respond the any server issues.

I'm Tillu Ram
I have two account sbi bank and yes bank and I'm not eligible to add this account to phone pay app.

So please solve this problem and guide me proper way.
So I can use this app.
