PhonePe — money debited but not yet credited | |
I made a transaction on 5th march at 12:27 am for rs 10000 from hdfc bank to state bank. The money has been debited from hdfc bank but has still not been credited in my state bank account. Its been more than 2 days. I have been calling the customer care but there is no response. Please help me to get my money back. I've already reached out to their customer service in past... They told me to wait for 4 days and will update me on my issue.
The amount was already deducted from my bank account but i never received google play recharge code.
They're not replying me anymore after 4 days of delaying the problem .
