PhonePe — money deducted but not deposited .as a npci member someone called to me with mobil. numbers and hacked my debit card details

Respected SBI,
Iam lavanya and while during upi trandactions from phonepe via vpa to my
beneficiary account, money deducted for failed transactions with I'd no. P1812252359462551845572 and UTR no.[protected]. So i complained in ncpi by this issue.Today some one called me to details about that as a ncpi member and asked me the debit card last 6 debit card number and expiry date details for to refund that money back with in 2 mins and
then I said that those details are confidential and I don't want to say .For that he said if you are not saidyour debit card details means it is very difficult to refund your money back after that i said with his pleasure.After that some msjs arrived to my mobile as your are successfully registered mobile no. in scb upi and you are successfully added your sbi account and your upi pin was changed.Then only I knew that he is registered my bank in scb UPI app with his name ramy khan without my permission .After that I changed my UPI password of sbi through otp.but still he wants to hack my account. So please consider my humble request and refund my money back and save my account
and debit card details from that hacker

Updated by [email protected] Today someone called to me as a ncpi team member with mobile number [protected] at 3:16 pm and asked me to send my incoming msj regards to UPI for to refund my deducted money with in 2 min.I said those debit card details with his great pleasure and after he registered my mobile number with his name as ramy khan in scb UPI app without my permission and then I knew my account was hacked and after that I changed my UPI pin suddenly, [protected] as a phone pe customer care member and asked for again that toofor paytm password and after i said no.Again with this mobile number [protected] at 4:09 pm on DEC 27 2018 he again called me for otp for to set UPI pin.
