I made a transfer on 4th march 2020 of rs 60k, and still it is in pending state. Not getting any help from phonepe on this. Since past 3 days phonepe team is saying you will get back your money within 48 hours. Now its more than 72 hours already and they are putting the blame on receiver bank sbi and npci for all the mess (That too without any official proof). I have recharged DTH on 03.03.2020 at 11 AM for ₹1320/-. But the transaction is still pending as on 04.03.2020 at 1 PM. As per them transaction needs 24 hrs to be successful. Now, when I tried to contact them, they are not responding.
