PhonePe — my transaction of 700+700

I made transaction through phone pay app of 700+700 rs..
Total 1400rs are deducted from my account... And it showed my transaction is failed... My money is not refunded stll now... Kindly take appropriate steps and please refund my money... I trusted this app and i mostly make transaction through this app only... I didn't expected this...

4 days ago I tried to send money from Canara Bank to my Indian Bank . I sent two times 1000 but only one time Monday credited to my account .I already complain but I did not get any solution.please help me out
