PhonePe — my transaction received successful in my phone pe account but amount not credited in my bank | |||
My friend do two transaction today from paytm upi linked airtel payment bank to my phonepe upi id and in my phone pe i checked in history it shows those two transaction is successful but when check my account balance and account statement there are no amount received from phonepe of 500rs today. I also paytm bank for this query firstly they want written from phone pe about the transaction successful. After i also call phone pe but they don't give me any written and told me to check in help of phone pe app for ticket. And then i again contact paytm bank they refuse to take the statement from phone pe. Please help me out. I am very worried about this.
