PhonePe — my transaction received successful in my phone pe account but amount not credited in my bank

My friend do two transaction today from paytm upi linked airtel payment bank to my phonepe upi id and in my phone pe i checked in history it shows those two transaction is successful but when check my account balance and account statement there are no amount received from phonepe of 500rs today. I also paytm bank for this query firstly they want written from phone pe about the transaction successful. After i also call phone pe but they don't give me any written and told me to check in help of phone pe app for ticket. And then i again contact paytm bank they refuse to take the statement from phone pe. Please help me out. I am very worried about this. My contact number [protected]
