PhonePe — my wallet balance stealed by phonepe

I am a lower class man, due to modi ji digital india, i bought a smart phone and started regular transact online or upi.
I had tried so many app like freecharge, paytm, phonepe, bhim etc etc... But everyone is a cheater, never get proper cashback as per terms and conditions they applied, now phonepe is started steal my money from my wallet, now my wallet balance is zero, it is just ridiculous.
