PhonePe — not providing money back after transaction unsuccessful and neither they are provided money to merchant | |||
I have ordered a samsung memory card evo plus 32gb from flipkart the payment was done through phonepe on date 19/09/2017 the transaction id on phonepe is nx[protected], flipkart transaction id is : tx[protected] and order no: od[protected], now the phonepe says the transaction was successfully done but i loged issue to the flipkart they informed me that the payment was unsuccessfull now they both are not giving me any response neither giving me items not returning back my money.
