PhonePe — Not refunded my amount

I am Dimanshu Bakshi, user of Phonepe application ( [protected]).I made a payment of Rs.6263 against my Canara Bank Credit Card (5247XXXXXXXX8008) on 29th November 12:09am ( UPI Reference no[protected] from Phonepe by using Paytm Payments Bank's UPI. But it's been 12 days and nothing has been done.
I raised a ticket but that was not helpful
and later I called Canara Bank Customer care they told they haven't received anything and also told me that it might be a gateway problem and the phonepe is responsible for that.
So hereby I am requesting you to refund my amount as soon as possible.
