On Oct 2, 2019 i made transaction of Rs.6253. Through transaction id P1910021134225079696406 deducted from my account but receiver axis bank account did not get. phone pe say that they completed the transaction but i take all the necessary step i get no solution

I make transaction and received cashback. But fraud phone pe withdrawal my wallet cashback amount without my permission. And they no inform me about this.
