PhonePe — phone pay stole my 960 rs

Address:Pune, Maharashtra, 411014

As i was paying my electricity bill through phone pay on 15 feb 2018, then i got sms as transaction is failed but amount of bill rs. 960 is deducted from my bank account. Since that day i am trying to contact to phone pay customer services, and also open a ticket and get response bank not deducted amount for this transaction but on my bank statement it shows amount is deducted
Please help in this scenario.

Dear sir their is problem generated on offer timeline I can sent you its screen shote of the this problem nd I m computer engg diploma student

Yesterday I recharged my Sun direct DTH for Rs.260.00 by phonepe.The cash amount deducted from by bank account 22 hours ago.But dish not recharged yet.Please refund my cash which amount deducted from my account.Take immediate action.
