[Resolved]  PhonePe — phonepe amount debited from sender a/c but not credited to receiver a/c.

I send rs - 16000/- to md mostofa zaman biswas third party upi app phonepe to axis bank a/c. [protected] ifsc: utib0000163. Amount debited from my sbi bank a/c but amount not credited to sender a/c. We already contacted with reciver axis bank branch they told us to talk with sender sbi branch. Sbi branch told me to lodge a complaint through netbanking portal. Please kindly help regarding this issue as soon as possible.
