PhonePe — transaction deducted from my bank account but not received to service provider | |||||
I was try to recharge my dish tv of rs. 274 on 20.02.2018 through phonepe, the amount has been deducted from my bank account, but the same has not yet been recieved to my service provider i. E dish tv. For this issue my tv is switched off from 20.02.2018. For this issue i couldn't recharge my dish tv from other place.in this regarg i already placed a compliant in phonepe on 21.02.2018, three days aleady passed but my problem not yet been solved. PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 22, 2018 Sowmyashekar's response I was recharged two days back its showing successful.but here not recharged my phone it was debited in my account please refund the amount.

Hi I am manish. I have recharged my idea mobile number [protected] with rs 179 using phone pe where it shows the offer of 1GB/day 4G data but the idea cellular provided me with only 1GB for a month.

I was recharged two days back its showing successful.but here not recharged my phone it was debited in my account please refund the amount.
