Ref : andhra bank account no:[protected] - dinesh kumar dupe - ifsc andb0002630

This is to inform that, by oversight, i have transferred through phonepe an amount of rs.5000/- on 8.1.20 to account no.[protected] instead of correct account no.[protected] pertaining to mr dinesh kumar dupe.

I, therefore, request you to kindly debit rs.5000/- from the above wrong account and credit to the actual account no. [protected] of mr dinesh kumar dupe immediately.

My sbi account statement showing the transfer is attached for your reference.
