PhonePe — unable withdraw wallet balance

After transferring 10, 000 rupees to phonepe wallet, i am unable to use the amount though the ekyc is completed. Even when trying to re-do the kyc the app says "e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable". On calling the customer care they are unable to provide the solution and commit the time line to resolve the problem. Interaction/request id - 2761825

The customer care person is unable provide clear answers nor able to connect with higher officer to give proper resolution. They are saying that they cannot give anytime line to have the problem resolved.

For me also same problem for recharge I added money 490 to wallet but unable to recharge getting failed and unable to withdraw money from wallet says ekuc service not available. Totally fraud and cheating customers kindly block this app and take action asap.
my money is also stuck in phonepe from more than 1 month, i thought maybe they will fix the issue but nothing, there service is so poor that they are not able to fix a issue then how you are gonna provide transaction services to india. Do one thing go and learn something from paytm

Hello boys, here the solution for this problem,
1)Open phonepe app
2) my account
3) on top wallet balance ****::
4)click on : 3 vertical dots it's shows close account
5) you should give bank account details
And proceed
Finally ur money will sent directly to ur bank account
Remember one thing this will work only for non transferable amount, (means who suffered send wallet money to bank account )
Make sure this will help for all the persons

U can transfer ur amt to ur bank account from phone pe..
When you try to withdraw..
It shows ekyc temporarily unavailable, close your phone wallet to transer.
Select ok then on the top right o[censored]r withdrawal screen is the option to close wallet, select that and ur transfer is done

I have been feeling pain for 2 months because my 4k stuck in phone pe wallet, i thought there is no option to solve until they enable KYC. But fortunately i tried the above mentioned close wallet option. After i clicked on close wallet it asked me for confirmation and i continued to click on proceed. Within 1 min my 4k money credited my linked bank account after closing wallet. Problem got solved. but one thing you cannot use wallet option since it was closed.
Try the close wallet option to retrieve the amount in wallet to your bank account or you can use it for recharges only.

I have done my kyc and still i am unable to withdraw the money.. customer care is also not supporting
Guys the only solution to this problem till date is that u have to close ur puone pe wallet.The option for closing the wallet is given on the top corner of right side in phone pe wallet section. After closing, money will be transferred into your bank account and then u can use it but u won't be able to use the wallet again.
I have completed KYC but again it is asking to complete KYC. I want to transfer money. Past 2 days im trying it is not at all allowing to transfer the money. I have money in my wallet. So, resolve my issue. My registered mobile number is : [protected].
I have mistakly added on 7000 buck right now i cant withdraw this money my salary is 10k . Really i m so disappointing what should i do customer care executive not give proper time please help me..

Can't WITHDRAW MY WALLET BALANCE TO MY BANK ACCOUNT AS IT SAYS TO COMPLETE FULL - KYC, ffs there's to option complete full-kyc.
Even If I want to call for costomer support all they gives me a ticket and NOTHING ELSE.
I checked in my area(Asansol) THERE'S NO KYC OFFICE HERE, what should I do now? Travell to another city just to complete my full-kyc?(I already provided aadhar & Pan card details, now WTF IS FULL-KYC)
Nvm this apps should learn something from Paytm as how things should work.

Phone pe is playing with everyone which is not good even my money stuck from past 2mnths 10k is this the service they are providing . I think we have to close the phone pe account better .worst app I have ever seen

There is no option to withdraw money to bank. You can only use it to pay utility bills. There is no option make the payment from wallet to other accounts too. I tried paying for my laptop service to another phonepe account, but the money got deducted from bank than using the balance in phonepe wallet.

My basic kyc with pan number is already done. If this is because of need to do full kyc, there is no option to do a full kyc or there is no direction how to do it. Now there is no option to close the account too as suggested by somebody earlier.

Only option is to consume the full amount through utility payment and then uninstall the app.
