PhonePe — unable withdraw wallet balance

my money is also stuck in phonepe from more than 1 month, i thought maybe they will fix the issue but nothing, there service is so poor that they are not able to fix a issue then how you are gonna provide transaction services to india. Do one thing go and learn something from paytm

If they are unable to let user withdraw the amount due to KYC issues or whatever, the same should be notified before wallet top-up while adding money option...

I too have blocked 10k in two of my phonepe accounts and am unable to send or request money or even withdraw the same.

Same with me, I added Rs 6000 and I'm unable to withdraw. It says ekyc is unavailable. When I contacted customer service, they said it will be back soon but it's already a month now. I'm frustrated and tired of waiting. PhonePe is a fraud company and needs to be reported.

same problem, i couldn't withdraw 3000 from my wallet .It shows kyc unavailable .I contacted to customer caee but they failed to provide any resolution.

Same problem with me, I added Rs 5000 and I'm unable to withdraw. It says ekyc is unavailable. When I calling the customer care they are unable to provide the solution and commit the time line to resolve the problem.

the best way to resolve this :- same here my 10k where stuck in the phone pe and i have withdraw it by paying my friends light bill & phone bill by phone pe wallet money and taking the bill amount in cash from them this is the only one way i found hope this may help you..

Same problem here 4000 rupees stuck in myphone pe wallet it is asking me to provide e kyc but its showing ekyc unavailable. But i used to do so many withdrawals previously the app was good. Now only facing the issue. I want to withdrawal my money to bank. Same problem for many people but phone pe team is not responding to this issue why. How long they will hold my money. I think they getting intrest by holding money.

I feel like I have been cheated on. For any reason If they are not able to let the user withdraw the amount due to eKYC issues, they should have let the users notified about it before adding money to the wallet. Here's what we all can do to get the money in our account, we can close the phonepe wallet. When we close our phonepe wallet the withdrawable amount will be treated to linked bank account. I am not sure how many working days it would take to reflect the withdrawable amount in the account but wallet close request will be completed in 5 working days. I am totally up for it.

I have also same problem. For recharge I added 490 to wallet. Unable to recharge also getting failed. Now I can't able to withdraw money from wallet. Says ekyc service unavailable. Totally fraud. Cheating customers
