PhonePe — worst service.. [protected]@ receiver not get the money.. both get transaction successful messages. but not credited.. where is the money. | |||
I was transferred 20000 to my father on 15th march 2019, 8:55 pm. Amount still not credited to receiver. Utr number :[protected] Phonepe register email id:[protected]@gmail.com Registered mobile no. [protected] I got transaction successful message, my father also got amount received messages in phonepe (Not from sbi). From last 5 days we visiting banks.. I visited my canara bank, the manager said successful amount sent to sbi. We cant do anything. My father visited sbi, tge manager saying we are not responsible for phonepe messages. You have to talk with phonepe. Phonepe people saying that sbi agreed that, amount credit to reciver, so we are not responsible talk with sbi people. Now where is the money...? See the attachments..
