Phoneskart — gave defect mobile phone different from what I ordered | |||
I ordered a speria s9 pro fdom phoneskart. Paid rs 39999 through paytm gateway. I received a defective product. The product do not matches any of the specification. Even the image online is different. Charger is of two different color. The phone is completely fake. Please give me refund or the real product. There are many other unresolved complaints kindly look into the matter asap and do not let them fool othere people Kindly take action against the website They have dummy login portal No customer complaints number work No way to contact these frauders Was this information helpful? | |||

I have paid 3999 for mobile speriya s9 64 gb storage 3 gb ram 3500mah battery but it has send 16 gb storage rffurnished mobile so plz replace my money
I purchased smart phone by your website order placed on 14th Aug 2019 and delivered item on 20th aug 2019 afternoon when i checked out my product i found it was miss match product as per order completed and payment paid So I requested to you please help me for refund or return with replacement.
