I have ordered speria xr 6.3 inch smart phone3999 rupees paid through paytm by phoneskart on 21/08/2019 through online. Wide order no [protected]. I paid rs 3999 through online payment, payment id no:[protected], order id no:[protected]. But i had received some other wrost phone. Dated on 27/08/2019 from your end spiria smart phone, which is ordinary product made by china. And is in full dammaged conditioned mobile poor qualitywith local charger and local ordinary battery. Now i want replace it to send the original order product or refund the same amount in my account with out fail as soon as possible. Please you take further necessary action or returnable process immediately.
