Phoneskart — phone product mismatch and returns section not traceable

I have ordered one pho spiria p20 4g/64gb for 4000 rupees and paid money thro credit card.
Reced a bogus mobile with 8gb/1gb.
Tried to contact phoneskart. But not possible.
Sent back by speedpost.
Could not be delivered.
Sent again by bluedart.
Still couldnot be delivered.
I wish that my money and cost of mental agony should be refunded back.
