Phoneskart — wrong shipment

I have ordered spiria k2 pro with combo offer of bluetooth earphones.
Paid rs 4443/- through paytm.

Paytm wallet transaction id-[protected]
Date-24th august 2019
. But recieved the wrong product.
We want to return the product.
There is neither contact number available nor for the email they are responding.
I want to return the product and get my money refunded.
Please help.
