Pick My Laundry — washed silk saree in water instead of dry clean - saree not in wearing condition | |||||
This is regarding order no. So106550 for dry-cleaning service placed to pickmylaundry (Pml). I had placed my order online. It was an expensive silk saree worth 9000/- and a coat. The person (Pml operative) has simply soaked it in water instead of dry-cleaning. The saree is not in wearing condition because of the colour bleeding (Pictures sent to the company). I have called customer support many times and also sent photos through whatsapp. Initially, they offered me a rework, which i refused. I asked the person (A lady) to handover the call to a senior official but she kept my call on waiting for a long time. After that i have tried calling customer support 4-5 times, also sent messages to whatsapp but still not received any response. Pml is advertising false promises of safe washing on its website as well as the application, also not taking responsibility for its services. Which seems to be highly prejudiced towards customers. Pml has to compensate me for my loss and i would like a written statement explaining pml position and action taken against my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
