Pickat99 — return product

I want to return the product, but company is not responding, i ordered my product mi plus power bank off 999 and i got sony power bank which is not working properly although i sent mail to them but they are not responding. And there is no cancelation and return option on there website. How i return this product.
12/04/2019 i received products which is not worth full at all.
