I ordered a bose wireless portable speaker (Black) on 12th feb 2019 with order number: pat[protected] from this site and selected cod as the payment method... They also called for order confirmation and i confirmed.
The order delivered today (21st feb 2019) and i paid the requested rs (800+100) 900 including delivery fee but after opening the box i found out there was no bose speaker. Instead, there was this third class china quality speaker called boom in pink color that also without any sealed packing...
Then when tried to switch on and play a song on that wrong product. But i can't even hear a single word from that speaker. Really unsatisfied with their service. I send a message to them regarding wrong product pick up and to credit my money back. Please take immediate action. Was this information helpful? |
