Pickat99 — received different product in damaged condition.

I ordered for mi 3 band on 10 feb whereas received m3 plus smart band and that in damaged condition. Band's belt was damaged and not in use condition.
I tried to call them but all the phone are not working. There is no email address available to contact them, i want original product in good condition or need my money back.
Please someone let me know how to contact pickat99.

I am already purchased and received the smallest card type mobile handset on 12/02/2019 through Xpressbees Courier Service. but the hand set did not accepted any services of SIM Card till time. so I request you to kindly issued me a new hand set. please condact my mobile Number [protected] immediately.
Bluetooth speaker was damaged/broken. I lost my money n i want to return back. Product not good for worth of that much money.

I was order a MI plus power bank and headphone but duplicate product delivered to me that's why I return the product as soon as possible and I contact their customer care and they want to know my cards details and told me download the anydesk app to know my personal details..

Sir, i got different product. I ordered Bluetooth wireless headset in pickat99. But i got old and different product instead of i ordered product. So please return this product.
