I want to return the product, but company is not responding, i ordered my product mi plus power bank off 999 and i got sony power bank which is not working properly although i sent mail to them but they are not responding. And there is no cancelation and return option on there website. How i return this product.
12/04/2019 i received products which is not worth full at all....

I ordered a bose wireless portable speaker (Black) on 12th feb 2019 with order number: pat[protected] from this site and selected cod as the payment method... They also called for order confirmation and i confirmed.

The order delivered today (4th march 2019) and i paid the requested rs (800+100) 900 including delivery fee but after opening the box i found out there was no bose speaker. Instead, there was this third class china...

I ordered for mi 3 band on 10 feb whereas received m3 plus smart band and that in damaged condition. Band's belt was damaged and not in use condition.
I tried to call them but all the phone are not working. There is no email address available to contact them, i want original product in good condition or need my money back.
Please someone let me know how to contact pickat99....
