Mobile was highly damaged due to an accident, as assured the phone was not picked up even for more than a month. I personally went and submitted my phone. They assured the phone will be repaired or amount will be refunded in 45 days. I have been calling and had sent emails for hundreds of times but the status is still the same. They always give a date which is 15 days ahead of the present date and this goes on... I want to log a complaint against pickme india under fraud and mental harassment. Details of this case is in the attachment (Pics).
