Pickrr — Delivery issue

I had ordered a package from 'sugar cosmetics' to mudigere, chikmagalur, karnataka. It shows that the order is delivered but the product has not been delivered. And I did not get any call from the delivery person also. So what am I supposed to do. And in the app they show that the delivery person name is Karthik V[protected]
