Pickrr associated curior FedEx didn't try the delivery from 15/08/21 to 25/08/21 when package was laying in their facility at Patna. They returned the package with remarks "Refused" which is concocted story to cover up. It's unfortunate and amounts to gross deficiency in Service, under CP Act, liable for penal action.
