Pickrr — Product Lost, still no refund is provided

I have not received delivery of the shipment of Tracking ID:[protected]
which shows delivered on 21/08/2021...
On the same day, I received a call at 19:06 from delivery person, and I gave him OTP, and he said he has given it to security person, when I arrived, there wasn't any package at the guard room, where all the deliveries are kept, I tried to contact the delivery person, but there was another person on the phone...
I raised a complaint at their customer service twice with Ticket id: 22549618 and 22698864..
they were unable to share delivery proof...
they contacted me twice, but weren't able to do anything..
Update: They updated the delivery status to Lost, now I want my REFUND as soon as possible, of ₹1637.36...
They have stopped responding since last 10 days, and aren't processing my refund..
Update: Now, the Delhivery customer service is telling me to ask for refund from Pickrr..
My time is just being wasted, and still my Refund isn't being initiated, and the mobile number they gave me says switched off when I called.
I want my refund
