Pickrr Technologies — ordered for fusion tablet, received empty parcel

I, 'm Ganesh from Pondicherry, Shopping on costumer 7/7/2019 I purchased Fusion5 11.6 4G Tablet pc (4G SIM) 3GP Ram 32GP price 2449 rupees. but today (16/7/2019) I have received an empty parcel delivered by XpressBees Courier delivery man, Mr. Manoj, which was originally supposed to be delivered by Mr. Velan. I am very disapppointed by this online fraud, please either return the original product or refund my money back
