I have ordered fitbit versa 2 fitness band but received wrong product (Fastrack product) which is also damaged and for opposite gender.

I have paid 1699/- amount towards same product.

Need immediate resolution on same.
Either i need to fitbit versa 2 fitness band or need a refund from same company. This is totally fraud from website.
