Pickrr Technologies — wrong product supplied against order

Through my order 1702 on 5 jan 2019, i had placed an order for bose quiet comfort 35 ii wireless headphone on your website for rs 3, 999 cod, as had offered by you.

I received an sms mentioning that my order has been shipped through pickrr consignment number[protected], and i was requested to pay rs 3, 999 cod.

I received a cover through delhivery shipping services, with the same tracking id[protected] on 11 jan 2019. Delivery boy insisted that i pay rs 3, 999 before i open the packet. When i opened the cover, it has a packet which mentioned spn sp 15 headphone, instead o bose queit comfort headphone, which only costs rs 1, 300 in the fair market.

I wrote to [protected]@eazymartonline.in, [protected]@pickrr.com and customer. [protected]@delhivery.com mentiong that i have received a different product against my order and the product can be taken back and amount has to be refunded. Delhivery customer support responded back mentioning that i have to get this resolved with the merchants pickrr technologies, and they provided their telephone number in delhi[protected]. When i contacted this number, i get a message mentioning that the number doesn't exist. Every effort the contact eazymart online and pickrr technologies went in vain.
I am requesting an early response by refunding the amount and taking back the product was wrongly supplied, which is in its original company packing and unopened.

I have all the relevant records throughout the lifecycle of this transaction in digital form.

Issue still is OPEN at large. However, there are few calls received after registering this complaint, which I have captured below.

1. I received a call on 14 Jan 2018 at around 6:24pm from a number[protected] saying that it is from Pickrr Technologies. The person called said that he will arrange to pickup for returning the material and the refund will be done later. I asked the person to write an email mentioning that or send a WhatsApp message. He said then the refund is not possible and disconnected the call. The call duration was around 2minutes. I made a follow-up call at around 6:27pm and asked why refund is not possible, to which he responded that it is their policy not to write an email.
2. On same day, 14 Jan 2019, at around 7:49pm, I received another call from[protected] saying that he is calling from the customer care of Consumer Complaints, and asked what is my complaint about. I mentioned that the complaint and the documents produced is self explanatory, and asked him if he had gone through that. He disconnected the call. Later, I checked with Consumer Complaints, and they have confirmed in writing that no one ever calls from their side, and it is a scammer.
3. On 15 Jan 2019, at around 6:16pm I received a call from[protected], identifying that it i Deepak from the esclation tem of Pickrr technologies. He said that they are willing to refund the amount if I provide them my debit card details and if I cancel the complaint. I told him that I can message or WhatsApp my bank account details to refund the amount. To which he said, he can only send it to debit card and not even credit card. Sensing an issue, I told him that I do not have my debit card details handy, and I can call him after 10 minutes. He said, he will call me after 10 minutes. Meantime, I checked with my Bank, and they confirmed that I should not share my debit card details. He called me at 6:16pm and asked for the details. I told hi that Bank has advised me not to share debit card details. He said that then refund is not possible.

Dear Pickrr Technology authorities, I have all the digital records of the transactions so far to take it further legally. You may resolve this issue quickly by refunding the amount rightly.

Today, I have sent a tweet to Mr Rhitiman Majumder, CEO and Director of Pickrr Technologies (@Rhitiman) about my compaint and have requested him to resolve this ASAP. Further, I have registered a Grievance with National Consumer Helpline, Govt of India.

Wrong product supplied regarding

I booked an ear bud for Rs 1669. But I got a local headset worth Rs. 200 / - through Bludart. He also bought 1669 rupees from me on 15/05/2021. This is a betrayal of trust. It is therefore requested that a quality earbud be sent.
