Pickrrtechnologies — wrong product delivered

My product with product awb[protected] and price is rs. 999 delivered by delhivery (Shipping company) but i want to return it but no response from pickrr technologies (Seller company).
Spoke to delhivery care, they instructed to talk with pickrr technologies for return. Pickrr technologies is not responded. Hence kindly take it on priority basis.
I request you to kindly give details so that i can return the product and get refund as soon as possible.
