PIGEON KETTLE ( Water Heater ) - Order Number:[protected] Invoice Number : IN-BLR[protected] Order Date: 03.01.2021 Invoice Details : KA-BLR[protected] Invoice Date : 03.01.2021. The product during the warranty period has been most of the time in the service centre rather me using it at home. I have given the product to your service centre Shree akshayya Enterprise - Pondicherry. They took the product on 18/12/21 for service and said product replacement will be done directly by Pigeon team to my residence. This is almost not 4 months, still no response on replacement. They gave a contact person of Mr. Mahesh in Chennai H.O he has not responded to calls or wats-up messages of invoice / job sheet shared.

Updated by karthy34 I have posted complaint on tweeter and facebook aswell. still no response to those complaints also.

Updated by karthy34 It's been two full months now and product is not yet delivered. After several reminders to Akshya enterprise I was given a contact number of a Mahesh Kumar - [protected] in Chennai who is in-charge of my replacement / job sheet 1582
