The product during the warranty period has been most of the time in the service centre rather me using it at home. I have given the product to your service centre Shree akshayya Enterprise - Pondicherry. They took the product on 18/12/21 for service and said product replacement will be done directly by Pigeon team to my residence. This is almost not 4 months, still no response on replacement. They gave a contact person of Mr. Mahesh in Chennai H.O he has not responded to calls or wats-up messages of invoice / job sheet shared.
