Pigeon gas stove — 3 burner
I purchased the 3 burner stove on 14th august 2017 with a 2 year warranty from big bazaar. And i raised a complaint on 19th august 2017 with piegon customer care, that there is some problem in the gas passage through the burners, the flame is wrongly distributed along the sides of the burner. This stove is having worst quality that i have seen. Some times it looks to be dangerous as it leads to fire. The spindle gets heated to the extent that the knob of the stove is came out. Gas leakage is also there because of this.
While logging the complaint (Complaint# 784584) on toll free no.[protected], the executive informed that the complaint will be resolved with in 2 working days. Technician checked and said part has to be replaced. Since then it's more than a month but part has not come or has any chance of being available in the near future. They are refusing to replace the stove too. Now as soon as i tell them the ticket number raised by me, they will disconnect the call or put on hold for hours.
Extremely disappointed with big bazaar and pigeon stoves / stove kraft. Was this information helpful? |
