I bought an air fryer through Amazon. It has not worked since September 2024. As it was under warranty, I raised a complaint through Pigeon India customer care via their WhatsApp bot. When I inquire about the status, they keep assigning new technicians. To date, no one has visited to rectify the issue. I believe a replacement is needed and I have lost faith in Pigeon India. Someone from Pigeon directly called me few months before and informed me that it will be rectified soon. But, nothing happened, Details below.
