Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — Customer service cheating the customer | |||||
Hi Sir, I got one LPG gas stove for Rs 4800 less than 10 months ago and gave complaint to them that it is not working . After that they gave one contact point name is Sree Nagesh ( Mob # [protected]), this person never picks up the call and when he picks up always gave me some idiotic answers and service person did not come yet even after 8 days of complaint . When i called the customer toll free they put me on hold for 20 min and then they disconnected the call . it seems they are trying escape from customer and not interest to provide any service to customer . Request you to help me the people who is suffering like me buying products from Pigeon /Stove Kraft Company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
