[Resolved]  Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — defective cookware set is not replaced since 2 months

On 8th june, i lodged a complaint regarding the pigeon cookware set i purchased.
But till date, the product is not replaced by the concerned team.
For the last two months i am calling the customer care on every alternate days but i never received any call from them later.
The concerned managers handling the replacement are shanmuganatham and sumithra.
