I have purchased a new Rapido Sleek Induction Cooktop from Flipkart on 24th of August 2022, I start using it since last 9-10 days and I found that the device has some serious issues, very frequently when I am using the Induction it is causing E6 issue so frequently, I even tried to keep the induction cooktop to a bit higher place so that the Fan can pass the air easily but that doesn't help much the issue exists.
One of your technicians came few months back and he checked and told us that he fixed it and it won't happen again but right after he left I found the same problem.
This E6 issue is happening so frequently that I am not able to cook properly due to this frequent issue of the cooktop and it seems that a completely faulty device has been sent to me which starts malfunctioning just after 10-11 days of purchasing.
I have attached the video of the issue as well, please check in the last part of the video and now this is happening so frequently like within every 10-15 seconds it is happening. I don't have any alternate cooking appliance now, so it is getting very difficult for me, so I want a quick replacement for the same else a quick restoration of the fault inside the device.
NOTE: I don't have any alternate cooking appliance now, so I need the replacement ASAP.
I never thought that Pigeon will be this bad product when it comes to the cooking appliances. Was this information helpful? |
