Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — Electric kettle leak failure

I recently purchased a Hot Kettle - 1.5 Litre [serial number 340240] at Reliance Store, Vesu Surat on[protected]. Copy of bill and warranty enclosed.

The kettle was observed for water leak, due to manufacturing defect at its weld joint of stainless steel body. I have enclosed the photo of the same.

Inspite of repeated emails, whatsapp complaints the response is poor and the same is yet to be properly addressed. please arrange to replace or rectify the same on priority.
