Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — Electric kettle not heating, customer service and dealer not responding even product is in warranty

I've Pigeon electril kettle. I have purchased it from amazon on 07 September 2021. It has 1 year warranty but now it has stopped working. I emailed to customer care on 3rd Jan 2022, they asked me to go nearby dealer which MM Enterprises in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. I visited MM Enterprises on 05 Jan 2022. Technician from MM Enterprises checked the kettle and told me that I'll get free replacement as it is under warranty. He asked me to send warranty card, kettle photo to him. I sent him. He told me that he will lodge the complaint and I will get the new kettle in 20-25 days and old kettle will be collected on the same day. After that I called MM Enterprises many times as I have not received any complaint number, he told me that he has been calling customer care from long time and everytime there phone gets busy. I keep calling him many times. He doesn't reply to my calls. I have raised this issue to customer care. I have sent 16 mails to customer care but still I'm not getting any response.

Could you please hide the images which I've uploaded. I'm getting fake calls and saying that they are talking from consumer complaints team and asking me to share one time passwords on my mobile and share my screen.
