Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — Gas leakage from Pigeon gas stove

Hi Team,

I have purchased pigeon 3 burner stove from Big bazaar almost a year back.
In last 3 months I have 2 incidents of fire breakout in the kitchen due to continuous gas leakage from all the knobs of the gas stove.
We have tried all possible ways to reach out to customer care but of no luck. There is no proper complaint handling workflow setup by company leaving customers to chase cats and dogs.
We are living in a continuous risk of another such incident.
Kindly assist on how to raise this complaint with the company
