Hello Pigeon customer support,
I am an unsatisfied customer from Bangalore trying to reach out to register my problem with your product Gas Stove. Bought this 3-burner gas stove in month of Sep 2024, there is enormous amount of soot building up on my vessels and on the burner. looks like there is improper flame adjustment, wish your products should have gone through rigorous quality check before it reaches market. Tried several times but couldn't times to reach your customer support. Looking forward for an immediate replacement of my gas stove.
