Hello Sir/Madam,
With due respect, I want to bring it to your kind attention that I had purchased a glass top 3 burner stove of Pigeon Brand in August 2021. The warranty on the product is of 2 years. One fine morning when my mother was cooking, the flass top abruptly blasted with a big sound. My mother got injured as the glass pieices hit her abd she was bleeding. I had filed a complaint to the company in the email with the images and the bill. The next day the executives called and asked for 1400 to replace the glass top as he said the glass is not covered under warranty.
I explained everything in the email to the company but the company is not listening to us anymore. They are asking to pay due the replacement of the glass.
This is unacceptable the item is covered under warranty for 2 years. If someone is died because of the glass, the what would company say? That they died because they manufactured poor quality of glass which took someone’s life.
I want to Sue this company as I am very much angry.
I have all the bills of the treatment and the images of the glass top.
I need your helo to proceed for legal proceedings. This incident has shocked us as my mother is still not out of that fear of the blast.
Please guide me to drag this compnay in the court.
