I have purchased and Induction Cooktop from Pepperfry website and it is having issue after 3 months. I have been tracing the Service representative Mr Rajesh on [protected], sometimes he says that he is out of Ranchi, sometimes he say he is on leave, today when i called him then he says that the parts is not available with him it is in the transport. He needs SPV number then only the parts will be received for that he says that please call after Puja means I have tracing him since 1 and half months but the service is not given by the company. Problem is Gas leakage on Gas stove but company is not getting Serious on this matter They given a 3 day time but problem is continue facing The complete No is 629119 And the Date 8/12/2016

This rice cooker is not working properly. Every 5 mins cook button automatically came to warm button. I have to wait for 5 mins then trying again same problem counted.
My Call Registered No is :1472527 I am very disappointed to talk with your engineer Vikash sharma. He told me about charges of 150/- to visit my location whereas my product is in warranty period, despite this he refused to visit my home without charges. That's not the right way to treat your customers.
