Glass got completely shattered when it was not connected to electricity and without any external force.
This is my second induction from Stovekraft, I was happy from my last purchase thats why ordered one more.
I tried contacting support, but all contacts provided on website were not working except one whatsapp support number.
Using this I raised a complaint with ID 2567841, with this complaint ID I aslo got a contact number of my city's service centre.
I dailed the number and support representative clearly denied to send any technician/engineer to my address, but they asked to visit at there centre for dropping the product for inspection and than later visit again after 2-3 (or even more days) to check the status.
I request the support team of stovekraft to look into my issue and provide a solution.
Induction was purchased from Amazon and delivered to my place on 6th October 2022.
